Business Accounts

Multi-line accounts, adding connections and account administration.

Setting up a business account

What we need and how multi-line orders are handled.

What we need

  • Registered company name and number, and the trading address.
  • A named account contact and billing email.
  • Bank details for the Direct Debit mandate.
  • The number of connections and the tariff mix you want.

How it runs

Multi-line orders are quoted before checkout so you can see the total monthly cost inc and ex VAT. One agreement covers the account, with a schedule listing each connection.

Adding and removing connections

Growing the account mid-term and ceasing individual lines.

Adding a line

Contact us with the tariff you want and the delivery address. New connections are added on the account's existing terms where the tariff is still available.

Removing a line

Give notice in writing quoting the connection. Early termination terms apply if the line is inside its minimum term — see the contract articles.

Coterminous terms

Where possible we'll align new connections with your existing renewal date so the whole account comes up for review together.

Who can make changes to the account?

Authorised contacts and how we verify requests.

Authorised contacts

Only the named account contacts on the agreement can request changes to tariffs, connections or bank details.

Adding a contact

Send the request from an existing authorised contact with the new person's name, role and email. We'll confirm to both.

Security

We won't act on tariff, cease or banking changes from an unverified email address. Expect us to check before making the change — it protects your account.

Still need a hand?

Send us your order reference and what’s happening — most queries are answered the same working day.
