Dynatech Group Ltd · Company no. 15599704

The terms on which SimDeals.uk, operated by Dynatech Group Ltd (trading as Consult.IT), sells SIM only and connectivity services. Last updated 2 August 2026.

1. Legal operator

SimDeals.uk is a trading website of Dynatech Group Ltd (trading as Consult.IT), a company registered in England and Wales.

Company number: 15599704. Registered office: 1 Green Park Terrace, St Clears, Carmarthen, Wales, SA33 4EQ.

Trading address: 28 Pemberton Street, Llanelli, Wales, SA15 2RB. Telephone: 01267 888024. Email: info@consultit.uk.

VAT registration number is shown on your invoice and is available on request. We are an authorised reseller for EE, Vodafone and O2 airtime and for Sky Business broadband.

2. Contract formation

Placing an order on SimDeals.uk is an offer to enter into an airtime or broadband contract. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing and the underlying network accepts the connection.

We may decline an order following credit, fraud or eligibility checks, or where a tariff has been withdrawn or mispriced.

3. Prices and VAT

Prices shown on SimDeals.uk include VAT at the prevailing rate unless clearly labelled ex VAT. Business customers who are VAT registered can reclaim VAT in the normal way.

Airtime contracts are subject to the network's annual price adjustment (typically CPI or RPI plus a fixed percentage each spring). The applicable adjustment is set out in the tariff terms shown at checkout.

Non-standard usage — for example calls outside your allowance, premium rate numbers, roaming outside the included zones and directory services — is billed in addition at the network's published rates.

4. Payment and Direct Debit

Monthly charges are collected by Direct Debit from the account nominated at checkout, on the date shown on your invoice. You must be the account holder and authorised to set up Direct Debits on that account.

All Direct Debits are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee. Your bank details are encrypted and are used only to set up your mandate with us or the network.

Failed payments may incur a re-presentation charge and may result in suspension or restriction of service until the balance is cleared.

5. Delivery of SIMs and equipment

SIM cards are posted free of charge to the delivery address you give at checkout, normally by Royal Mail first class within 1–3 working days of order confirmation.

Please make sure the delivery address is correct — we cannot recover SIMs posted to an address supplied in error, though we will replace a lost SIM and preserve your number.

Broadband installation dates and any engineer visit requirements are confirmed with you separately by our provisioning team.

6. Cancellation and cooling off

Consumers buying at distance have 14 calendar days from the day after delivery to cancel without giving a reason, unless the service has been fully provided with your express consent within that period.

To cancel, contact us using the details in section 1 or through our contact form. You may be charged for service used before cancellation and must return any unused SIM or equipment.

Business customers contracting in the course of business do not benefit from statutory distance-selling cancellation rights; early termination of a fixed-term contract attracts the early termination charge set out in your tariff terms.

7. Keeping your number

To transfer a number to us, give us a valid PAC obtained from your existing provider. Transfers normally complete within one working day of the PAC being submitted.

You remain responsible for any outstanding charges or early termination fees owed to your previous provider.

8. Fair use and acceptable use

Unlimited tariffs are subject to the network's fair use and acceptable use policies, including limits on tethering, permanent roaming and commercial resale of the connection.

We may suspend or terminate services used unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a way that damages the network or other users.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Network coverage and speeds are estimates provided by the underlying networks and are not guaranteed. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the charges paid for that service in the preceding 12 months.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business interruption or loss of data.

10. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints follow the process in our Complaints Procedure. If we cannot resolve your complaint within eight weeks, or if we issue a deadlock letter, you can refer it free of charge to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme for the communications sector.

Complaints about the underlying network's service may also be escalated to that network under its own Ofcom-approved code of practice.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK may bring proceedings in their local courts.
