  • Annual price adjustments: Every tariff rises annually: RPI/CPI plus network adjustment on O2 and Vodafone, or 75p on EE.
  • Cease fees: £30 cease fee if a 30-day CLI is disconnected inside 24 months; 24-month CLIs get ETFs instead.
  • Roaming fair usage: A fair usage policy applies to roaming — allowances must be used for their purpose.
  • Bill limit bar removal: Bars from a reached bill limit can be lifted, but charges may still apply in the same period.
  • Delivery and activation dates are confirmed with you when the order is placed.
