Important tariff terms

Starting at £10.80/month inc VAT on a 24 month contract. Your monthly price rises by £1.50 each April during the contract.

  • Annual price adjustments: Your monthly price rises by £1.50 each April during the contract. We’ll always give you at least 30 days’ notice.
  • Early termination fees: If you leave a 24-month contract early, you pay the remaining monthly charges up to the end of your contract, including any notice period.
  • Roaming fair usage: Roaming allowances are for normal use while you travel. A fair usage policy applies.
  • Bill limit bar removal: If you reach your spending limit, we can lift the block for you, but extra charges may still apply that month.
  • Delivery and activation dates are confirmed with you when the order is placed.
  • Number transfer completes on your chosen activation date.
